2. License and App Access

Turiyaa LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the App on any compatible device that you own or control. This license does not include any rights to:

• Resell or commercially use the App or its contents.
• Modify, distribute, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Turiyaa LLC.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or store within the App, including your tasks, notes, and other tracker content ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By using the App, you grant Turiyaa LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and manage your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.

4. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TURIYAA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TURIYAA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

Turiyaa LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
